WOODEN NICKELS

In order to help our patients fulfill their treatment goals, we give out Old Bridge Orthodontic Wooden Nickels at your regular visit for each area of excellent cooperation.  The number of nickels received depends on how well you do on your Cooperation Evaluation.  The nickels may be saved and redeemed for movie passes, gift certificates, and other prizes.  This is our way of saying, "Thank you for being such a great patient".  Every game or sporting event has rules.  Here are the rules for our Nickel program.  

An Old Bridge Orthodontic Wooden Nickel is given if:

1.  You arrive for your appointment on time.
2.  Your tooth brushing today was graded good or better.
3.  You have no lost, broken or loose braces, wires, or other applications.
4.  You have worn your removable appliances or elasctics the correct number of hours.
5.  You wear your t-shirt to your appointment.
6.  Refer-A-Friend and receive 20 wooden nickels!

**You will have the option to "cash in" your WOODEN NICKELS at the time you earn them or you can save them for bigger prizes!

** At no time can your WOODEN NICKELS be taken away from you, but your cooperation at each regularly scheduled visit will determine how many WOODEN NICKELS you receive.

**It will be YOUR responsibility to keep your WOODEN NICKELS until you're ready to cash them in for a prize.
